Job Search Skills

Job Search Manual - The first set of links on the left are for the various chapters in a 90+ page Job Search Manual. Each chapter is a vital step in the job search process. Go through each one in turn – each is important. If you skip one, you may slow down your search or, worse yet, settle for a job that is not right for you.

Even if you have recently been through a job search workshop or other formal job search training, read each section which:

•  Will serve as a good review,
•  Will give you a little different take on how things
should be done in your job search, and
•  May provide new information you may not have
   heard or seen before.

CEN Workshop Presentations - CEN conducts job search Workshops each spring and fall. The second set of links will take you to presentations that have been given at CEN Workshops. These will be updated as necessary after each workshop is presented in the future.
